"I waited seven long years to get another Harley and my first experience with the dealers in my area, was the feeling of being taken. I had to go out of my area(Gresham) to Bend Oregon before I could experience some joy in buying the bike of my dreams. The people at Cascade Harley-Davidson put me and my dream first, before thinking about linning there wallets or making a certain profit. I could not believe how much lower Cascade cut there price on the bike compared to purchasing a bike in my area. Cascade even beat the price of the custom pipes I had installed. These people went as far as taking a backrest off another bike on the showroom floor, so I could take my 2008 Soft-tail Deluxe home complete. These people at Cascade love Harley Davidson, but love as well the experience of putting people on there own Harley, living the life that only owning a Harley can give. "I came to Cascade shopping for a new sport bike very interested in a Buell, I bought one and so enjoyed my experience I later ended up replacing it through cascade with a V-Rod. I have never experienced dealership service of this caliber anywhere else. Owning a local business in the service industry, we like to claim and strive to have the best customer service in our industry, I only hope that every one of my employees are as excellent as every person at Cascade Harley. And I can tell you because I have over the last 12 months experienced it all there, sales, service, parts, rentals, motor clothes, events, at every step the service at Cascade has been exceptional. I also have reserved myself to my next 2 garage additions to come from Cascade......Gonna keep the Rod though!"

"I called in to have the 5K service done on my bike. Jeff greeted me on the phone. He listened to all the concerns I had about my bike, noted them all. I explained that at the moment my bike was my only transportation and I was depending on it. To make a long story short, the shop team had the service done for me the same day. My bike was serviced properly and all my issues addressed. I just wanted to thank all involved. I think your service department has come a very long way. Thanks again.

"My son and I came to your Bend Rally and Poker Run. I ride a 06 FXSTSI and my son rides a FXST. We got a late start form Oregon city and ended up going over Black Butte on HWY 20 around 10:30 pm, the car in front of us pulled over to the side of the road which was to let us pass I thought but when we took a brake around 11:00 pm in the pitch black for my son to put on his long johns, he asked me if I know the car that pulled over had lost it's transmission, getting out the flash light and looking at our bikes we found they were covered with trany fluid. There was nothing we could do then so we whent to Bend.
We arrived in Bend around 12:30 found a room and was at your door before you opended so we could get cleaner to wash our bikes. I don't rember the store person who arrived first but I told them our bikes were covered with trany fulid and we needed to buy cleaner and rags to wash our bikes and they gave us a "ya" right look. Two or three guys came out and looked at our bikes and told us to bring they around to the service dept and park them then told us to come in side to have some coffee. We talked for about 1/2 an hr.
I told them we needed to get out there and wash our bikes for the Poker Run which started in 1/2 an hr. they told us we needed to get out there to register for the poker run.
While we were haveing coffee your service dept had washed our bikes and they were sparkeling clean, I asked what the charge was and was told to enjoy the poker run.
The poker run was great but I thought the rally was ???
My son and I loged in 1,408 miles that 4 day weekend.
I just recived your events calendar and i did not know that in 06 the store was under new ownership and that this was thier first rally. We now plan to ride over to some of your events, Thank you for sending your Events Calendar!!!!

"Recently I visited Bend and contacted Cascade Harley because I needed my Harley taken off my truck and your shop was more than willing to accommodate me. I was able to leave my truck at the shop and when I returned my Harley was reloaded onto the truck by your staff in the Service Dept. When I went inside to shop I was also greeted like family, I have to say that Cascade Harley greets its customers with warm hearts. I am from Sacramento and was visiting Bend for a short time and was feeling lost as to how I was going to get my Harley off the truck but knew that Harley treats fellow riders like family and was hoping that Cascade Harley was the same and was not let down. Thank you again for making me and my fiance welcome. We will be back to visit!

"I heard Bears and Roses sold to a new owner and it was now Cascade Harley so I decided to try it out. I had some really bad experiences with the old owner so I didn't have a good feeling walking in. I was really surprised how much the place had changed, they had tons of bikes on the floor and chrome everywhere. An employee named Frank came over to help me, he showed me around the place for about 30 minutes then found a bunch of stuff for my bike. I went to the guy to pay for it and asked if the new owner was in so I could tell him how good the service was and he told me the new owner was the one that helped me, Frank!! BRAVO CASCADE!!"

"We bought a new screaming eagle 110c.i 07 Harley from you last weekend and we love it but the more important thing is that the staff treated us so nice and friendly that we feel like we joined a family, not just bought a new motorcycle. We where impressed throughout the whole experience there. We loved the fact that the owner visited with us for an hour and that is very rare that an owner shakes hands with customers anymore, I will send more customers your way due to how we where treated. Thanks for the friendship we have now.

"Last year I had an accident. A car ran into me, and I went down with the bike. The police attended and were very good. I had to have the bike towed to your dealership. When we got there you were closed. I was going to chain my bike and come back in the morning. But as I walked around I saw a person in the door way. This person turned out to be the new owner. He assisted me in getting my bike behind the gated fence and I told him I would be back in the morning. My insurance said for me to leave my bike there for repairs. I just got my bike back and I am so very happy. The staff in service...Jeff and Santos were great to me. Every time I called they were there to let me know how my bike was doing. I am looking forward to coming down there again from BC. Just to say thanks to you all. And hey maybe have a beer with you. Take care all. And keep up the great service.
Something I read: THE BEST PART OF ANY JOURNEY IS THE PEOPLE WE MEET ALONG THE WAY. This is so true with Cascade.
