The Meaning of Service
Hey Guys,
I just wanted to say thanks to your service department. They really went the extra mile to get my bike back on the road. The night my bike wouldn’t start Shawn came out and picked up my scoot and took it in for repair. Then later that week when I came in to pick it up we discovered there was still a problem. So there I was stranded at the shop. Well, one of the mechanics, (wish I could remember his name) gave me a ride home.
I have my bike back now and it’s running great. I can’t remember when I’ve experienced such great customer service. Please pass on my thanks to the service crew.
